DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10-15 days of your order being placed.

Express or Named Day Delivery – If you require your products sooner or you need your order to be delivered on a specific day, please contact our delivery team who can assist by emailing us at sales@harbourlifestyle.co.uk. Please note, a delivery charge will be incurred for Express or Named Day delivery. To enable us to provide you with the most accurate quotation it is important you can provide us with full details of the delivery address and the products you wish to order. 

After placing your order, the Harbour delivery team or a member at one of our trusted courier partners will contact you to schedule and confirm your delivery date and time.

Ahead of your scheduled delivery it is important that you notify us of any access restrictions that our delivery drivers may encounter, such as narrow residential streets that our larger delivery vans may be unable to access. If the delivery fails due to access restrictions our drivers are unaware of, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you’d like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you’d like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

DELIVERY DAY

On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

Our delivery services do not currently include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

HELP WITH MY DELIVERY

MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
